In Synaxis Media, I was responsible for the overall IT operations. I was handling a team involving 2 support engineers and 2 maintenance personnel. The effective working of our media spaces was my primary objective. I was also responsible in making sure that the upload and removal are on time. The IT infrastructure in the office and procurements were also another important concern. I also dealt the communications with the Mall Managements and other clients on an operations level. I was also included as the technology consultant for any new project discussions that Synaxis Media is involved with. I was responsible for preparing the proposals consulting our IT partners, in accordance with the client requirements. At any events where Synaxis Media is a part of, I was in charge of the media installations, involved as a part of the sponsorship contract. I was involved in the Middle East International Film Festival (MEIFF), 2008 and 2009 in the said regard.
Marina Mall Digital Media Project was the biggest digital media implementation by Synaxis Media in Abu Dhabi till date, involving 127 Plasma- LCD Solutions, 6 indoor LED screens, 5 Outdoor LED Screens and 2 LED 360 displays. I was designated as the Project Manager for this project and my primary responsibility was to coordinate the communications with the Mall Management (client) and also with the suppliers. I was involved in the analysis, design, planning, and implementation and testing for the project. . I was also responsible for monitoring its operations and scheduling maintenance works.

OPULENCE is the largest LED outdoor advertising screen in Middle-East, Africa and Europe, measuring 224 Sq.m, 28 m X 8 m (width x height). This was installed above the Marks and Spencer Building, in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in between the residential towers. The LED technology, the latest then, was implemented to the fullest, proving that this gigantic screen could display any content that a normal Television could. I was fortunate enough to be involved in the project as the Project Engineer for the same. I was involved in the planning, implementation and testing of this project supervising the installations and coordinating the client and supplier communications. I was also responsible for monitoring its operations and scheduling maintenance works.
